As a Strategic HR Leader and specialist in human behaviour, I’m deeply committed to understanding how people think, work, and thrive within organisations—and turning that insight into meaningful impact. I partner with businesses to achieve what many consider the Holy Grail of organisational success: exceptional employee experiences and strong commercial performance.
By purposefully designing people infrastructure – culture, systems, leadership capability, and behavioural strategy – I help organisations drive sustainable change at scale. My approach proves that commercial excellence and human-centric values aren’t mutually exclusive; in fact, they’re most powerful when pursued together.


My Story
Originally from Israel (yes, Noa—with no Ark in sight), I’ve called Australia home for over 20 years. I launched Spark & Rumble out of a deep love for the human experience—and an even deeper understanding of how gloriously messy, confusing, and “what the actual hell” it can be.
My career began in academia, researching, teaching, and designing programs around human behaviour in organisations. My almost-finished PhD focused on ethical decision-making—a window into how people think, choose, and lead under pressure.
Since then, I’ve spent over a decade helping businesses design for what I call the human operating system. From steel and travel to retail and hospitality, I’ve led strategic HR, culture, and transformation across organisations big and small – from 1,200 dispersed staff to tight-knit teams under one roof.
I bring the depth of an organisational psychologist, the rigour of a researcher, and the pragmatism of a business consultant. My focus? Designing for high performance by creating systems and experiences where humans (and the business) actually thrive.
Because at the heart of every challenge – every strategy, every conflict, every transformation – there’s one constant: people, people, people.
